ESLHA Business Opportunities

Opportunities to do business with the East St. Louis Housing Authority (ESLHA) fall into two distinct areas:

Rental Assistance: Through its rental assistance programs, the ESLHA also works with hundreds of rental property owners throughout the City of East St. Louis, collaborating to provide hundreds of units of high-quality affordable housing.
