The Procurement/Distribution Center (PDC) is responsible for procurement, inventory and distribution of a wide variety of items to include capital equipment, and building maintenance supplies and materials.  The PDC also procures certain services relating to continuing building maintenance requirements.  Examples include window glass repair and lock smith services.  See Commodities to the right for some examples of commodities procured by PDC.  The PDC will advertise its procurement needs in one or more of the following media:  East St. Louis Monitor, St. Louis American, Belleville News Democrat, St. Louis Post-Dispatch and the NAHRO Monitor.  Vendors who wish to make bids upon noting a procurement in which they desire to participate, may fill out a vendor application for a specific procurement.
